2. What is MyTPal Alliance Program?

MyTPal Alliance Program is a tailor-made program for anyone who is interested in promoting trade intelligence service worldwide (excluding Mainland China). You don’t have to be a professional in trade intelligence or international trading activities. You only need to promote the related website by any means and share the revenue with us. The procedure for applying is quite easy:

  • Step 1. Browse www.mytpal.com to learn our service as well as the MyTPal Alliance Program.
  • Step 2. Fill in the application form and submit to us.
  • Step 3. TPal Team will evaluate your application and approve it within 5 working days.
  • Step 4. We will sign a simple distribution agreement and give you necessary technical support to set up your own MyTPal website as well as the billing checking platform.
  • Step 5. Prompt your own MyTPal website; then share the revenue with us according to the Revenue Sharing Scheme

3. How do we share the profit generated by your own MyTPal website?

There are three different kinds of subscription plans for TPal users, which are US$99, US$199 and US$ 399 per month. You may find the various benefits that different subscriber can enjoy onwww.mytpal.com. The service period is 12 months, which has a 10-day written cancellation term. All revenue generated by your own MyTPal website will be shared between you and the TPal team from Shanghai TopEase Information Co., Ltd. The revenue share scheme is as follows:

Monthly Subscription Fee Under US$ 500 US$ 500 TO US$ 1,000 More than US$ 1,000
  Commission to MyTPal Alliance Partner   10%   15%   20%

Note:

  • 1. The total monthly subscription fee as well as the commission will be calculated by the end of each calendar month and you can find the balance sheet in the management platform given by TPal team.
  • 2. The commission will be paid on the fifth working day of each calendar month by TPal team to the account appointed by MyTPal Alliance Partner.
  • 3. The commission due will be paid when exceed US$ 300 accumulatively.
  • 4. All tax and bank transfer fee will be taken by MyTPal Alliance Partners.
  • 5. Please find specified terms from the distribution agreement.
